The Dirt Bike Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Campfire Moto Stories LLC, located at 577 Cheatham Rd, Acworth, GA 30101 ("Sponsor").
 
**3. ELIGIBILITY:**
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
 
**4. AGREEMENT TO RULES:**
By participating, the contestant ("You") agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
 
**5. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:**
Entries will be accepted online starting on [Start Date] at [Start Time] and ending December 20, 2024, at Midnight. All online entries must be received by December 20, 2024, at Midnight (the "Giveaway Period"). The drawing will be held on December 26, 2024, via YouTube live video found on the Campfire Moto Stories YouTube channel at [YouTube Channel URL].
 
**6. HOW TO ENTER:**
The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at CampfireMotoStories.com. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may enter only once using the free entry method or receive additional entries through the methods outlined below. You must provide the information requested. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
 
**Ways to Accumulate Entries:**
1. Each story submitted via the website CampfireMotoStories.com will receive one entry.
2. Each story played on the live show will receive 100 entries.
3. Each story provided in person or via virtual meeting/conference will receive 50 entries.
4. Each person who comes into the studio as a guest will receive 100 entries per visit.
5. Each person selected via a live YouTube show to be a caller to tell a story will receive 75 entries.
6. For every dollar spent purchasing official Campfire Moto Stories LLC merchandise, you will receive 1 entry.
7. Sending or providing videos in any way does not earn an entry unless it’s shown on the live show. By sending Campfire Moto Stories LLC a video, you agree to all terms and conditions that apply to the giveaway and waive any liability to legally sue Campfire Moto Stories LLC for airing your video. You also acknowledge that the video is one you took yourself or were given permission from the person who did to show the video on Campfire Moto Stories LLC. If a video is shown on the show, you will receive 50 entries.
8. If you assist in recovering a stolen bike featured on our show, you will receive the maximum of 500 entries
9. At the Sponsor's discretion, individuals who assist in starting or helping with the podcast or contribute to a segment may receive 20 entries per instance of assistance or contribution.

*Note: The maximum number of entries per Giveaway Period is 500 entries.*

 

**Sponsor's Right to Modify Entries:** Sponsor reserves the right to introduce additional methods for accumulating entries at any time during the Giveaway Period. Any such modifications will be announced on the Sponsor’s website and/or social media channels and will be incorporated into these Official Rules.

 
**Free Method of Entry:**
To enter without purchase, send a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email address to: Campfire Moto Stories LLC, 577 Cheatham Rd, Acworth, GA 30101. Postcards must be received by December 20, 2024. Each postcard received will count as one entry.
 
**7. PRIZES:**
The Winner of the Giveaway (the "Winner") will receive one 2002 Yamaha YZ250, with an approximate retail value of $1,000. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted, except that the Winner may choose to accept a $1,000 cash prize instead. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for picking up the prize or organizing shipping. Shipping costs up to $300 can be provided by Campfire Moto Stories LLC.
 
**8. ODDS:**
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
 
**9. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:**
Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor. Winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Giveaway within five (5) days following the Winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
 
**10. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU:**
By entering this contest (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
 
**11. TERMS & CONDITIONS:**
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 
**12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:**
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
 
**13. DISPUTES:**
THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND GEORGIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Georgia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

**19. LIABILITY WAIVER:**
The Winner of the bike must sign a liability waiver that is notarized and presented to Campfire Moto Stories LLC either in person or by mail before receiving the giveaway bike. The waiver will release Campfire Moto Stories LLC from any liability related to the use, operation, and ownership of the dirt bike. Failure to provide a signed and notarized waiver will result in forfeiture of the prize.
